2) Click the REMOTE ASSISTANCE button on the Remote Assistance web page.

3) Enter the Access Code given to you when prompted.

4) Press your keyboard ENTER key to accept.

5) Your web browser (Internet Explorer) may block the download of the Remote Control program,
     you will see the following graphic pop up on the top of the web page.
    
     Mouse click the bar for the OPTION MENU to download the Remote Control program.

    
     Click DOWNLOAD FILE from the Option Menu
 

6) A FILE DOWNLOAD - SECURITY WARNING will display.
    

     Click the button.

7) An INTERNET EXPLORER - SECURITY WARNING will display.
    

      Click the button.

8) The Personal Touch Computer Services Remote Assistance Technical Support program will open

9) In the upper left hand corner of the window Double Click the

10) To exit the Remote Control at any time
       Right Mouse click the Remote Control Icon () that will be in your System Tray
       (lower right corner of your monitor)
       Click CLOSE
